EcoFellowship: Member Benefit: Admission to the ARB

Charter Club members Liz A and Steve S have given an incredible gift of nature to our club membership.  Members of the EcoClub have free admission to the beautiful Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chaska and can bring up to 7 companions to enjoy the "Arb" anytime, any season of the year.
The Arboretum is an amazing place of beauty, but also experimentation and investigation.  We've had a few meetings there - one at the Bee and Pollinator Center  and we have one coming up on March 2nd about their farm apprenticeship program.  Anyone can go to the Red Barn and get tips for their own food growing endeavors.
The Arboretum is consistently rated one of the best of its kind in the country.  It spans over 1200 acres, with 28 gardens, 5,000 plant species and varieties, walking paths and trails.  As their website states, "the Arboretum is a kinetic wellspring of education, research, and inspiration."
“I grew up going to the Arb,” Liz reflects. “It’s a favorite place for Steve and me, and now we’re bringing our grandkids. We especially love getting off the beaten path along quiet trails in the woods, prairie and bogs. We’re thrilled to open the gates to the Arb to club members.”
Online reservation instructions will be shared with club members on the members-only Facebook page. Be sure to take advantage of this great opportunity to get out in nature – starting with the 38,000 tulips and crab apple blossoms this spring!
